I’ve been working out and “dieting” for 2 months. The first 2 weeks I was doing really well with restricting calories to 1200, but my workouts were ridiculously hard and I was pretty much in constant pain.

Over vacation I still hit the gym but didn’t restrict and workouts were much easier, so I stopped restricting when I got home but still meal prepped and made healthier meals with smaller portions.

I’ve been doing that for about a month and not losing so I’m trying to restrict to 1500 on my day to day. I drink once or twice a week and sometimes eat out so I have overages on those days. Workouts are starting to suck again at 1500.

Advice I’m looking for: any supplements to help with pain during workouts and recovery? I already do protein, should I add collagen or something?

Has anyone lost 40 pounds while doing HIIT and functional weight training? What was your experience?

Anyone else get terrible tension headaches and have a way to help them?

I want to lose weight, and it’s not just that it sucks, it’s that it physically hurts. Anything to help with that is appreciated. Thank you.
