Please. Does anyone else bloat this bad before their period? I’m in agony and feel so low. I’m 5’2, 144 pounds currently and size 8 (UK). Some months in the past I’ve put on 6-8 pounds of water weight. I’m not weighing myself because I’m already emotional lol but it’s torture! My belly feels so hard and heavy to walk with and waist is GONE, I genuinely look pregnant because it’s so round. Any advice or words from people who relate? ðŸ˜
