Has anyone experienced a weight loss plateau after starting a new workout?
Post Body

I love running, I ran several miles a day when I started dieting. I was consistently losing 1-2lbs a week since I started two months ago.

Two weeks ago I started rollerskating 4 days a week and running for one. Rollerskating has been way more intense and I do it for longer periods. Ever since I started skating my weight loss has come to a complete stop.

I adjusted my calories since I lost about 10lbs even though it didn’t make much of a difference in my TDEE.

Is it possible that maybe I’m gaining muscle? I don’t know a lot about fitness, I wasn’t aware I could build muscle from skating. I know two weeks isn’t long, but the scale literally isn’t moving at ALL which has been usual for me. I’m getting kind of frustrated.
