So it’s actually a funny story and I’ve done it purely because of adrenaline. I’ve just been out for a 5k run along my city’s river and I heard thunder and looked up and suddenly all these dark clouds were coming towards me. Then came the lightning and I PANICKED (had a few bad experiences in the past whilst being out during a storm). I SPRINTED. Like… 5’1 pace sprinted and fully felt like I was fleeing a murderer! Anyway so now my left ankle is throbbing. Feels like it needs to click but it’s making my limp a lil bit. What do I need to immediately help it?
As I said, I sprinted because of fear but I usually run at 6’1-2 so I didn’t plan for this sudden increase in speed ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‚ tragic
