F, 27, 5'4 and approx. 7.5-8.3 stone (I fluctuate a lot).
I go to the gym and I use the cycling machine, stepper, rowing machine, and some arm machines.
I feel like my calves look skinny... But muscly. And I hate it. I think I look weird, like I've got a health problem. Especially when I wear more feminine clothing such as tights. Why am I not plumping up and looking muscly? I still want to look soft and feminine, just toned and strong in the right places.
I know it's not much info but I don't really understand this whole petite fitness thing myself, and I can't really afford an instructor. What do you think? I don't have any photos but I have a feeling ya'll will know what I mean...
