Basically the title. 5'1 28F, 115-118 lbs. That might sound like a healthy weight, but I'm mostly all fat lol. For most of my adult life I was between 100-105 lbs but it's increased in the last year due to extreme stress. I workout 3-4x times a week at home. I am subscribed to a workout app because I am most consistent with that as opposed to going to the gym. I walk ~7000 steps a day.
I weigh my food so I know that I am eating fairly close to 1350 calories a day. The thing is, ever since I've begun measuring my food intake, I've gained weight. When I started, I was 113-115lbs and the weight has slowly been creeping upwards ever since. I tried eating ~1200 for a week but it was brutal getting through the day.
I guess this means 1350 calories is too high but I've also lost my period, so I don't know what to do. I know going to the doctor's is a logical next step and I've booked an appointment but I can't get in for another month. Is there anything I can do until then to stop gaining weight?
