Couple things: -i’ve got an athletic build -i wasn’t actively losing weight until march of this year. i think a lot of my weight was due to alcohol and being near alot of food vs moving and not drinking as much, suburbs don’t have alot of fast foods but more small resturants who cook actual food -i know my bmi may be different because of race and height
Anyone have tips on how to lose the next 5-10 pounds? i’m weighting everything going into my mouth that’s not from a restaurant and if it does, i’ll eye it out best i can with experience using noom. my caloric intake has been between 900-1600 cals. though i’m doing my best to be at -1200. (only lower if i end up having a slow day) when i work out it’s a 4 mile jog in the morning, weightlifting in the afternoon for 30 mins, and cardio at night where i normally burn 200 cals before bed.
but my body gets to 115-117, it likes to get stubborn. should i up work outs? is there a good diet/food to focus on? open to ideas!
