I find that exercising more and increasing my TDEE helps so much with weight loss because I can eat more and am more satisfied obv. I do like 90-120min of cardio daily (not intense tho basically just hula hoop and when I don't feel like it I walk).
I really do like these two activities but tbh I really don't enjoy strength training even though I know it's important for building muscle.. I watch my protein intake tho.
I guess once I hit my gw, I will focus more on building muscle. Now I just want to concentrate on my cal deficit. My sedentary TDEE is like 1500 but with exercising I can go up to like 1900-2000cal.
how much are you guys exercising? how many hours would you guys consider overexercising?
