So I’m (F4’11, 92-93lbs) curious on how someone who already doesn’t weigh much loses physical body fat.
I’m not really referring to scale weight because it’s already very low.
Im personally maintaining on 1500cals while going to the gym 4-6 times a week(weight and strength training) and while I’m content with most of my results, want to lean out just slightly to see more muscle definition.
Can you actually do this without lowering calories or do I just jump in and reduce my calories back down to 13-1400cals?
Edit: my bf% is about 19%
