HELPP MEEE🥹🩷 plss. I've never tried to lose weight so I'm a little lost rn. For context, I'm 60kg rn at 5 feet height 😩 but since i do weight lifting i don't look reallyy big.

However i have so many functions coming up in a month and i wanted to look a little smaller in my waist 😐 ik i cant spot reduce but i won't mind losing a bit of fat on my bottom. Pls help in terms of diet and activity. I'm vegetarian and eat eggs btw so this is a struggle 🥲 i know it's such a short time but i will do whatever i can do healthily 🩷 basically no ❌ weightloss, only ✅ fatloss
