I started lifting this year after finding this sub and went hard for 11 1/2 weeks before burnout. I am now deloading after buying a rebounder (game changer!) I have no cardio endurance so Iโm working on that this week, but Iโm curious if you ladies spend your deload week lifting lower or doing something else entirely?
Also curious how often you do a deload week and what you find is most effective for recomposition? I got tired of my pants not fitting during my bulk, so I started eating a little less and itโs definitely showing in my energy. (eating less makes me sleep poorly as well = even less energy)
