36yo mom of two. 5’1, 128lbs. I do a mix of strength and cardio training at home (via BODI) 5 days a week (usually). I follow a general nutrition plan but I don’t count macros or calories. I’ve focused more on lifting over the past few months and definitely feel and see a huge difference there, which I like. I’m struggling to accept my body type (rectangle, no waist) and because I’m clearly not leaning out, it’s almost impossible to see my gains. I know for a fact there are abs under there! Lol. At the same time, I just cannot get motivated to truly cut. The idea of it stresses me out when I already barely have time to work out. Can anyone relate?
