I was going to post last week but my period had me in a rough state.
One month of food tracking, dairy free keto, walking 1 hour 5 days a week, and Bodyweight fitness training with a bit of yoga here and there.
I feel like my posture is my biggest accomplishment here (I was standing up straight in the May first pictures). My right hip has been in big pain for years off and on and now I have no pain most days, I wonder if my diet change helped with inflammation along with the streching and strengthing I've done.
