So I spent 3 weeks travelling around Japan or should I say eating my way around Japan! I have absolutely no regrets and put on about 2kg. I have been back to my usual workout and eating routine for the past 4 weeks and while I know that's a very short amount of time I have only managed to shift just over half a pound and I feel like I'm not making any progress. I don't remember ever struggling this much trying to lose weight in the past and I have a good idea of how to do it and what normally works for me but this time is different. I know I'll get there in the end and I'll stick to what I'm doing but dam it's frustrating.
