I am 153/154 cm tall and weigh around 94 pounds, I have gained few pounds since last 2 months. I have seen growth in my body but now I am in a really mixed situation. I am not in the range of body fat that I want to have, and losing weight is also not helpful since my weight is quite low, and to recomp I don’t think I have that much muscle mass, I have been gaining since few months only thus I would like to add more muscle mass. Will it be good if I add more weight and then cut? Or should I just eat at maintenance and add muscle mass slowly?
