What’s my starting body shape? How can I achieve my fitness goals?

I’m 5’2 127lbs and honestly I don’t know where I’m really starting from and if my goal is necessarily achievable for my body type. I don’t know what my exact body type is- if I’m thin, chubby, skinny-fat, etc. This isn’t BD- I’m just not too educated on fitness/bodies. I would like honest feedback on where I’m actually at and how I can work to achieve my fitness goal.

I have severe GI issues that cause bloating and I might have some lymphatic buildup. Both of these issues contribute to the way I look and I’m aware of that. I also have pretty severe scoliosis so I’m recommended that any exercise be low-impact (pilates, light weights, etc.)

I eat pretty clean- low glycemic index, high protein, minimal additives, but I think I eat a decent amount of (healthy) fats which may contribute.

Any advice is appreciated. Please be respectful but HONEST.
