Muscles growing but also my belly…………..

I’ve been looking great these days, feeling fit and my muscles have been looking pretty okay, the problem here is i think as i’m growing muscles i’m also putting on some fat. My side profile looks pretty bad, my belly is all pudgy but my glutes look great. It looks incredibly weird and i’m only 4’11. Do i just start a strict deficit of 1560-1600 again?
