Want to keep lifting but I don’t like how my arms/body look with muscle. What should I add or take away from my routine?
Post Body

i’m an 5’3f and currently am 114lb. I started at 181 with just cardio, then once I got down to 125 I started lifting and eating at maintenance. I love lifting and it boosts my mood a ton but I don’t like how my arms/shoulders and chest look with muscle. I only want to build up muscle in my butt and legs but I feel like I should train my whole body. Currently for arms/chest I do pull ups, bicep curls, lateral raises, lat pull downs, farmer carries, flat and incline bench press, and dumbbell rows. Should I just cut the isolation exercises? and should I cut or not add weight to how much I am lifting? any advice appreciated :)
