I had my first ever gym session last night, mostly using machines like leg extensions, leg press, cheat press, rows, lat pull downs etc and I am SO sore today 😫
Is this normal, and what do you do to make it through the day when you feel like you’ve been hit by a bus? (For reference; I’d love to lose weight but my priority is building my strength and working on my posture).
I also found it a bit awkward when waiting for machines to become available, I ended up just trying to use either machines in my routine or doing some cardio until they were free- is there some kind of etiquette I need to be mindful of when things are busy? I don’t want to be in anyone’s way.
