Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone has noticed any benefits after getting a walking mat (the little foldable treadmills).

I’m quite keen to get one as a work from home 2-3 times a week but I’m worried I’m just falling for another tiktok gimmick and wasting my money! So I would love to hear if people use them long term and if they’ve helped with weight loss, or whether just sticking to the gym 2x a week is best. Thanks!
