Any other fans out here? She’s the only YouTuber I actually love when it comes to home workouts. She makes it fun and I don’t even notice how fast time flies when I’m working out.
I struggle with anxiety so going to the gym and lifting weights didn’t really motivate me. I have a 2 year old now so I can’t really go to the gym anyways.
I’m loving how I look thanks to Jo but I was wondering if home workouts are enough? Do I HAVE to lift heavy or would body weight exercises suffice? I walk 10-12k steps and then do a 45 minute workout after my son goes to sleep. My goal is to lose 10lbs (around 4kgs) which would bring me back to my pre pregnancy weight. A part of me is wondering if I even need to do that since I’m pretty happy with the way I look and feel right now.
