Took a couple weeks off because life happened and I got back on the train today. Was snapping a progress photo and caught a glimpse of my obliques. I flexed and was shocked by the definition that has popped in the last week, even though I’ve been “off” — so wild!
Before/after is May 8th (top) to today, May 31. Same weight. Subtle visible change.
I think I was eating about 2000-2400 calories a day in my break and def was not getting my macros right always. But! I picked protein heavy choices and let myself enjoy the things I wanted to. It felt great.
