Should I increase my calories?

5’2 106 lbs Heyo! So I wanted to ask for some advice/ opinions on my situation. So right now I’m training 3-4 a week till failure and eating 1600ish calories. I’ve been, and still am, gaining weight but lately my body has been feeling super weak and achy all the time. My workouts usually look like 4-6 workouts doing 4 sets of 8-10 reps each at the highest weight I can do till failure. Am I over training? Or maybe I need to increase my calories still?
