5’2, 33F, SW-162 CW-155 Hi my fellow petites! I’m posting my current weight pic here mostly for accountability to myself. I’ve lost about 7lbs since January after gaining about 25lbs during covid. My goal for now is 135. I don’t have a starting weight photo because I was not in the mental space to document my body at that time. But I’m feeling better about myself since I’ve seen some progress. I’m posting here with the hopes that I’ll have a great goal weight photo in the next few months.
Also, as you can see, I’m top heavy. I’ve been taking Pilates classes but would love any recommendations for exercises to build my glutes and abductors quickly. Just hoping to help balance out my body more. Thanks!
