Should I consider body fat % over body muscle mass % and body protein %? I want toned body, not skinny fat

Post Body

Hi there, whenever I lost some weight I noticed the dynamics that:

-body fat % decreases ⬇️ —>>> the body protein % ⬇️ —>> muscle mass % decreases ⬇️as well? While body water % increases⬆️.

I know that toned body means more muscles but less body fat. I am just afraid about “skinny fat” body in the end of the result. I do body resistance exercises 1-2x per week and try to walk 10k steps per day.
