I’m currently using Cronometer and have been for some time but I am struggling to lose at all. I’ve been stuck at 140ish for 6 months. I’m 5’2”. I have noticed a good deal more muscle definition but the scale hasn’t moved. Ideally I want to get down to 120-125.
My BMR is 1300 according to several calculators. My TDEE is around 1900 - 2000 depending on the calculator used. I’m currently shooting for around 1550 - 1600 calories per day. Is that enough?
My week:
- CG Iron Series 4-5x
- Run or walk 30 min 2-3x
- Pilates 20-30 min 1-2x
I’ve had a complete blood panel. No vitamin deficiencies and my thyroid is working great. No pre-diabetes or insulin resistance. I just went off HBC after being on it since HS and I think some of it may have been hormonal.
I’m now weighing everything I eat and logging it. I try to eat as nutritious as possible and have started to cook almost all of my meals. What apps do y’all swear by for tracking?
