Hi i'm 4'11- 109lbs, not new to working out, been working out since 2019 inconsistently and started being consistent in the pandemic and got in the best shape of my life at 98lbs. But now I'm feeling kind of lost at what to do with my fitness journey or program, I've been jumping from youtube workout gurus from Chloe ting, Lily Sabri, Heather Robertson, Sydney Cummings to Caroline Girvan. I started with Chloe ting from the pandemic and later on improved my fitness level until I was doing some of Caroline's Workouts. Chloe Ting really helped me with starting this journey but now I feel lost as to what to do next or how to move on from the home workouts.
For so long I've been doing home workouts and it feels like a safe place for me to be just doing it but nothing really is improving, My boyfriend is encouraging me to go to the gym but I literally have no idea what to do in the gym. The gym just feels very intimidating and scary for me, I want to lose 10lbs so I'm seeking any advice or help from any of you; how did you start your journey in the gym? what's your workout routine now? any workout guides I'm missing out on that helped you?
