Keep on bulking or eat at maintenance ?

I am 20 yrs old, around 93 pounds and 153/154cm tall, don’t know exactly about the height but the range is within it. For the past month or so I have focused on building muscle and added very little surplus and so far I am happy with my progress especially legs, god they look beautiful. My butt, boobs and lats have grown as well. I mean I have increased my muscles but along with that I feel like I have gained quite a bit of fat. I don’t know if its because my period is coming or whatever I feel so fluffy and chubby. I feel big and uncomfortable. I am just going through a bad phase of dysmorphic thoughts and I am considering if I should actually just eat at maintenance, because I am beginner I can grow lots of muscle without going on a surplus. But seeing my weight I feel like its too little and furthermore I want to get more muscles, I want muscles everywhere possible, quads, calves, shoulders but I am just so confused regarding what to do.
