I have a COLD (rant)

It’s put a pause on my 10k training. I’ve not exercised for 2 days (doesn’t sound a lot but I can’t much on weekends) and I’m hating it. I’m trying to tell myself I need to rest it out but I can’t help put feel so guilty and worried that I’ve missed two running sessions and may not lose weight this week (I’ve consistently lost for the last few weeks) now because of my lethargy and general cold symptoms :(
