Extreme bloating is ruining my life- swipe for before/after

I developed a gluten intolerance a year ago and now, it seems I’m triggered by everything including dairy, soy, egg, and my fav fruit (mango) and god knows what else. I’ve had constant bloating for maybe a month now that doesn’t go away, even in the morning. For one day I managed a diet of blueberries, strawberries, banana, almond milk, kettle corn, and seaweed, and my bloating finally started to improve but that’s not a diet I can sustain. Eggs, tofu, and high FODMAP fruits have all been a huge part of my diet and I’m concerned about the plunge in nutritional diversity if I eliminated all of these. And honestly, if I need to walk on eggshells my whole life just to look and feel good, it’s not worth it. I’m 17F and have been embarrassed to look at myself for a year. I used to love swimming and now i cannot do it anymore. I only wear baggy clothes and will never date or change in front of others.
