Advice on how to stop focusing on the scale?

The scale has been moving very little lately and it's causing me to get discouraged. I'm still at the beginning of my weight loss journey and have a long ways to go to get to my goal. How do I stay the course and not ruin all the progress I have made just because the numbers aren't going down as quickly as I would like? My main issue is I can never stay consistent with anything for longer than a few days..
