About 8 days ago I started taking my weight loss really seriously. I haven’t felt absolutely starving and I’ve also been snacking a lot (on fruit). 8 days ago I was 137 but today I’m 130? Is this just fluctuation? I’ve been eating at a calorie deficit of 300, but I also do the really active sport of gymnastics. I’m just worried about losing my strength? Or losing muscle and gaining back fat. I’ve been eating really clean and drinking gallons of water so there’s that to. Mostly I’ve just read that us shorter girls (I’m 5’1) usually take longer to lose weight so I’m just concerned.
