Hello fellow dense friends. So, I’ve just hit 136 lbs on 5’2, one of my highest numbers ever. I usually don’t weigh myself, but… I didn’t work out for the past two months due to muscle injury in my leg which resulted in gaining around 10 lbs; the gain is probably not lean mass. I didn’t lift weights for 2 years (COVID etc). I’m trying to figure out if it’s muscle definition I’m seeing or my imagination. It’s weird, because it wasn’t there before. Although I’m in my 30’s, I still struggle with sever body dysmorphia. Sometimes this really distorts the view, so it helps asking others.
