Cause I am tiiired! I’m tired of constantly hopping on the scale. Tired of seeing weight gain instead of loss. Tired of always staring at myself in the mirror to see if my double chin is coming back. Tired of skipping workouts because they just don’t fit into my schedule then feeling super guilty. Tired of skipping meals because I skip a workout. Tired of not seeing anymore progress! I made it so far but yet I feel like I’m going backwards.. I cannot be the only one who feels the same 🥲
