i’m a 5’3 F and have been weight training 3x a week for 2 hours and then doing a lot of walking and hiking on rest days. Coming up I am going to be doing an outdoor school counseling job for a week and won’t have access to weights or much free time to exercise as I’ll be watching kids. I want to bring some of my own food to keep up my protein intake to hopefully maintain my muscle in the meantime and was curious what I would be able to bring? My gym is also closed for a week starting around the time I get back so I won’t have access to equipment for 2 weeks. Any grocery/routine suggestions would be helpful!
