Post Body

I’m a 4’10.5, 29-year-old female and am just starting my fitness journey. I’m looking to lose some fat and build muscle. I currently weigh 130 lbs. At my lightest, I was 100 lbs with no muscle. At my happiest, 110 lbs with some muscle. Now I am at my heaviest and unhappiest, and am looking to make a change.

I’m consuming around 1,200 calories per day with almost 100 grams of protein, with also low cholesterol recipes since I have genetically high cholesterol. I’ve made the switch to drinking water and low calorie, high protein foods. I’ve been lifting weights until failure (30ish minutes) on different body areas, but being mindful of form and weight since I am new to lifting.

When can I expect to start seeing results? Will keeping at this consistently give me the results I want? How do you stay motivated? Is it ok to have cheat meals/days? Do you have any other advice for me, from petite to petite?

Answer any question(s) you’d like :)
