24F, I’m 4’11 & currently ~180lbs (~81.6kg). I had never reached over 135lbs (61kg) until 2 years ago when I was put on a medication for my bipolar that had a serious side effect of weight gain. I ended up gaining 50lbs (22.6kg) in only 5 months. A little over a year ago, I was having digestion issues & had to have a colonoscopy, & that whole process resulted in me losing 7lbs (3kg) over 3 days, but I continued to eat much better for a couple months & lost another 20lbs (9kg). But I stopped eating as healthily & soon gained it all back. I have also been having digestive issues again lately, some in part to my food choices & some in part to my lack of exercise.

I used to be very in shape from doing color guard in my university’s marching band. Here are some photos of me in 2019. And here are some photos of me currently. Summer is here & while it’s highly unlikely to get back to where I used to be before showing myself in a bathing suit, I was hoping some of you would have some tips on what kind of workout(s) would be best to achieve a flatter, firmer tummy, adding more shape to my butt, & possibly slimming up my arms a tad. (workouts at home, at gym, with weights, running, yoga, etc.)

I am also open to some suggestions diet-wise, but I will say I am an extremely picky eater (to the point of anxiety when trying to eat something I don’t want to eat). Basically right now, my goal isn’t necessarily related to my size as much as it is about my shape, health, & muscles. Yes there’s places I’d like to lose fat, but I’d rather be thicc with some shape than losing weight overall with no shape, if you catch my drift. Thanks in advance!!
