Is my cardio too much?

For context I am 20 yr old and weigh around 92 pounds. I am trying to add muscle but I havenโ€™t cut out cardio much from my life. I walk to college and return back from college so I walk around like 16k steps a day, and I absolutely love running so everyday in morning I run like 10-15 mins. Is my cardio too much? Will it ruin my gains?
