I’m so tired of being stuck at 130…

That is all… just a rant. I have thyroid disease and despite exercise 3-5 times a week and weightlifting I’m seeing zero results and cannot seem to get past this plateau.

It upsets me so much. I’ll be 26 in July and I see myself when I was 22 and it makes me so sad. I was my goal weight / dream body and back then I didn’t even try hard. Now I try so hard and do way more than before yet I’m 10 pounds heavier
