Tl:Dr Lost weight feel weak Want to gain muscle and get strong How to find personal trainers? How to create week/month/year plans to change habits if I know absolutely nothing about fitness and get bored easily
So I lost 30lbs last year. Gained a good 20 and am now back to approx what I used to ish weigh in my 20s. But I still feel like shit.
I'm 4'11 weight 108 right now I've cut out all processed sugar and carbs from my diet. I only drink water (and lots of it). I have a balanced diet of veggies, fruit, lean meats, yummy fish, chicken, grains, is it on a 'you should be eating this' list I probably am eating it lol
But I feel super weak. I'm trying to strength train. And I walk every day but I'm just so bored and unmotivated. There aren't any classes around me and the only gym is planet fitness and since I have never really gone to the gym I don't know wtf I'm doing.
How would I go about researching and I interviewing personal trainers in my area?
Or figuring out a serious weekly/monthly/yearly plan?
