I (F18) started my weight loss journey at 181lb, I am 5’3 and am now down to 116lb. I have always been in the 130-150 range and had a bigger booty/legs. I lost a lot of volume in my breasts also but didn’t necessarily have a lot to begin with. Since I have lost so much weight I’ve started weightlifting and have some muscle but have noticed I still am not happy with how I look. People around me have said that I look good but I miss having a big butt and legs so badly. I don’t feel as feminine looking as I used to but I also don’t want to quit weightlifting because it boosts my mood a ton, should I attempt to gain weight? What is the best way to go about it.
