Guys!!! I want to cry from how much pride I feel!!!

I dreaded doing interval training today for my 10k in 7 weeks. Never done it before, all I’ve done is slow 10ks finishing in 1 hour 15 mins. I was so tired from work and nearly gave in
But I just ran 8.3k in 55 minutes! My dream of running 10k in under an hour seems actually possible for this 5ft1 girl, I can’t believe it
