24F here and 5’1 ish- I started off at the end of November 2022 at around 140-142 lbs and I’ve lost about 8 lbs since then, which is a really noticeable difference. I can’t seem to move past the 133/134 lbs mark no matter what I do. I feel a lot more confident now but I feel like I could be doing more sometimes to get more fit. During the month of April I was fasting for Ramadan so I was basically doing OMAD within my calorie deficit, and the lowest I got was 132 lbs with zero exercise. However I gained weight after I started eating three meals a day again and I don’t believe OMAD is a sustainable way to continue. I’m trying to be strict with my current calorie deficit which is a 200 calorie deficit, but even if I go over I try to have at least a 100 calorie deficit. I also try to get minimum 70-80g of protein everyday. What could I change about my approach? Should I just be exercising more?
