What is my activity level?

Needing advice for my TDEE. I get 10k steps everyday just from work and ensure I meet this target on weekends. I’ve implemented 1-2 strength sessions a week in the gym. I also run 8-11km runs 4 times a week as I’m training for a race. I’m assuming this is moderate rather than heavy exercise?
