I (30f) am 5'0 and my scale broke two months ago and I just bought a new one. I've been consistently lifting for 14 years and have recently upped my intensity in the gym and added two days of hiking two my routine. (My weekly routine is lifting 4 days a week, vinyasa yoga four times a week, hiking twice a week, and one walk daily getting about 12,000-17,000 steps daily) I assumed I would weigh around 114-115 based on how my back looks (I always use my lower back as an indicator if I need to lose weight) I bought the Rephno scale and was shocked with how much I weighed. However, according to the other information it provides, I could be in a good place? Any advice?
Thank you!
