Iām just trying to get some ideas. I have some experience with lifting (dead lifts, RDLs, squats, lunges etc) but to be honest I donāt always enjoy it, and Iād consider myself to be back to beginner status at this point due to my looooong break from lifting. I know exercise is supposed to be challenging but sometimes it just makes me end up avoid doing it all together because I dread it so much (especially lunges, if I could get away with never having to do those again I would love that!) I would like to get more into Pilates but itās really confusing for me to understand what is actually Pilates and what is just āYouTube pilatesā. If anyone has any beginner Pilates recommendations that cost little or no money and give proven results that would be greatly appreciated. Any other fun ideas Iām all ears to! Also do you think squats and lunges are a necessary evil when it comes to leg day muscle growth or are there any other leg/lower body exercises you do that have given you results?
