Down 20lbs since Jan. it’s slow progress but I’m down almost 2 clothes sizes.

Start weight 228lbs, currently 208lbs, 5ft tall and postnatal.

I’ve recently changed back to lifting 3x a week with swim 2x and daily walks. Hoping this will help.

I also started eating more as I was at 900-1,200 before and felt awful. I am losing again now which is mad to wrap my head around, but I’m glad.

I’m pretty sure I have lipoedema on my arms and legs, seeing my gp next week to discuss.

Hard to start again, I lost this weight pre pregnancy, but it’s ok. I know I’ll get out what I put in!

I’m not sure I see a big difference between the pictures. But I am physically smaller from measurements so I guess it’s ok. Lighter picture is now.

Keeping myself motivated as I know it’s a marathon not a sprint!
