I've been losing weight for years (lost about 60-70lbs since my heighest weight) but over the last month or so I've been eating 100 grams of protein every day and doing just body weight exercises with a focus on glutes as I despise my pancake ass - these pics are a month apart and I do see more shape there but I feel like it has to be a trick of the camera since I've only been doing body weight exercises (ie, no heavy lifting) and only upping my protein significantly for a month or so? Am I just crazy? 😂ðŸ˜
