Hey.

I'm 5'1 and about 117 lbs (i don't weigh myself anymore, but i'm good at estimating my weight). I would like to lose 10 lbs just to look better and be more fit.

However, i'm pretty active. I go kickboxing once a week, some type of cardio (badminton, football) with school friends 3 x week, strength training 3 x week and recently cycling 3-4 x a week (i got a new bike a week ago and have already rode 200km). My average steps are about 10-11k. I'm planning to continue this exercise routine at least until summer.

My goal was to stick to 1500-1600 calories, but more days than not, i find myself eating 1800 . Especially cycling raises my appetite a lot, i cycled 80km with 20.5 km/h pace on Monday and ate 2200 calories and was still hungry.

My average daily calories in MFP for the past week have been 2100 but net average 1456. Should i trust the net average and continue doing what i do or lower my daily calories overall? Should i not track exercise on MFP? I don't want my calorie cutting to make me too tired to exercise (been there, done that) but i also don't want to gain weight.
