Well, another month has passed so I'm back to share my progress from April with everyone :) My diet this month was not the best but I'm proud of myself for sticking to my jogging challenge for this month, which was 5 jogs a week, 40 minutes each, totaling 20 sessions during the month, which I completed! During May I'm definitely going to get some weight training in as well, but this was a great push to get back into jogging. Well, let's get to the weigh-in!
Starting weight/ September 29th: 92 kg/ 203 lbs
November 21: 86 (189)
December 13: 84 (185)
January 2nd: 83.45 (184)
February 1st- 80.75 (178)
March 1st- 79.65 (175.5)
April 1st- 77.90 (171.7)
May 1st- 76.90 (169.5) into the 160s!!
Total weight loss: 15.1 kg / 33.5 lbs
Goal weight: 55kg / 121 lbs
Non-scale victories!
- I treated myself to some new exercise clothes and pajamas this month, I got only size M based on my measurements when buying online, and everything fit! I started wearing an XL and now I'm down to an M! (at least in loose-fitting clothes lol)
- Lost a few cm from lower tummy!
